DR. GINNY A. BARO immigrated to New Jersey at age fourteen and started with nothing more than a dream. Named one of the Top 100 Global Thought Leaders, she’s an award-winning international transformational speaker, certified leadership coach, career strategist, #1 bestselling author of Healing Leadership and Fearless Women at Work, and the host of the Visionary Leaders Circle podcast. She helps Fortune 500 companies build inclusive, impactful leadership dream teams and is the creator of the Fearless Leadership Mastermind™ and the C.A.R.E.S. Leadership Success System™.

Ginny earned a Ph.D. in Information Systems, an MS in Computer Science, an MBA in Management, and a BA in Computer Science and Economics. She's a Mastermind Professional and Certified Professional Coach (CPC), accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). With her programs and books, Ginny and her clients impact the lives of those in need through Feeding America and other charities.
