What are the things you are grateful for over the past year?

How did you show up?

What was meaningful to you?

In today's vlog, I share "What a gratitude practice can do for your performance."

Throughout the year, I strive to show up fully in all aspects of my life. Whether it is pursuing my passions, tackling new projects, or simply being present for those who needed me, I made a conscious effort to give my best. I'm not always able to achieve that, and when I don't, I give myself grace.

I believe that showing up authentically and with gratitude not only enhances my own experiences but also inspires those around me. Enjoy!

To continue honing your gratitude practice and continue "achieving" without burnout, let's meet this year at the World Self-Care Summit.

Our self-care retreats are now open to our entire community beyond our private clients. All you need to do to join us is save your virtual seat for the next World Self-Care Summit.
